As a Certified Divorce Lending Professional, (CDLP™), I focus my
practice on helping divorcing homeowners make a more informed
decision regarding their home equity solutions and the divorce team
identify any potential conflicts between the divorce settlement, the
mortgage, and the real property.
As someone who went through divorce and felt there was no one to
talk to that wasn\\\'t family or a friend I found the process hard to
navigate when most people only had their own limited view from
their personal situation not really knowing the system or how things
really work. Guidelines for mortgages like the IRS are different for
divorce. I found my passion for the mortgage business being able to
help and educate people through the process to prepare for success
and re-building. Specializing in divorce and mortgages has been
able to let me work with passion and really enjoy the help I am able
to provide.
